In August 2017 I had the incredible opportunity to teach at the Click Family Photography Congress in Sao Paul, Brazil. Some highlights of my trip include teaching 2 group workshops, photographing several gorgeous models, making so many new Brazilian photographer friends, and being one of the concluding speakers at the conference. Here are some highlights from the 1st workshop, and our sweet model, Livia:
Learning tips and tricks for bean bag posing and lighting:
Babies in buckets!!! Always my favorite. 🙂
Thanks for spotting the bucket shot Tarcisio Bino…safety first!
Day one workshop group. Thank you friends, for an awesome day!!!
Next was 3 days of conference lectures, visiting the trade-show vendors, and meeting new friends:
I started off my lecture by taking a selfie with all my new friends. 🙂 They were such a great, energetic crowd, and so welcoming and kind.
After the final lecture, we closed the conference by taking one last group photo. Thank you so much to everyone who made this event possible!
Here is a video of the conference put together by Click Family:
The second workshop started off with this beautiful little girl modeling for us, Giovanna. Isn’t she a DOLL?!?! She was so sweet!
Our second little model, Mirella, wasn’t really a fan of sleeping, so we started off with a demonstration on wrapping. And got lots of cute photos with her sweet eyes open. I love the fun, colorful headband she is wearing from Simply Sweet:
Mirella eventually drifted off to sleep and we got this gorgeous shot on one of my all-time favorite backdrops from Intuition Backgrounds:
And she posed in the bucket as well.
Mirella gave me a sweet little smile when we were all done! 🙂
Day 2 workshop group:
Thank you so much to Click Family Brazil and everyone who worked so hard to help make this event successful. It was the opportunity of a lifetime for me, and I am so incredibly honored to have been able to attend.
